You’re invited to the 2021 IBIS Customer Conference

IBIS Customer Conference

After more than 20 years delivering innovative tourism and leisure business management solutions, and conscious that we’re experiencing the most challenging time for tourism in memory, we think the time is right to hold IBIS’s first customer conference.

Why should you attend?

We’ve lined up speakers and content to help you prepare, optimise and succeed through these challenging times. Your attendance will help set the stage for new levels of performance once visitor numbers return.

Around the world many conferences are being held virtually. Fortunately, in New Zealand,  we can meet face-to-face and get the benefit of personal connection and understanding through information sharing, peer networking, and a bit of fun to go with the valuable content.

Get your questions answered, hear from subject matter experts, get inspired by customer success stories, and preview the latest innovation news from IBIS.

Who should attend?

If you’re a customer of IBIS, or considering purchasing IBIS for your business this year you should highly consider attending. Specifically, the conference will be most helpful for General Managers, Heads of Marketing and IBIS ‘super users’.

Conference theme: Rebuilding Together

Our theme Rebuilding Together is inspired by the notion that, collectively, we can use our creativity, experience and ingenuity to reach new levels of growth and success. This conference will bring speakers, content and kindred IBIS users to share best-practices and solutions to help you optimise your use of IBIS and your business. Focus areas include marketing ROI, data insights, IBIS functionality and plenty of time for networking with peers from across your industry.
