IBIS Point of Sale makes selling general admission tickets or multi-use passes a breeze. The fully customisable screen layout can be configured to suit different areas of your business and optimised for touch screen or keyboard use.

Scannable admission tickets print instantly after payment is completed ensuring no time is wasted at check-out. Optional online ticket sales are convenient for your customers and reduce queues at your front desk.

For members or pass holders, IBIS Customer Management stores contact details, photos and family member details. It’s easy to look up customers and apply loyalty discounts at time of sale. Memberships can be renewed, or passes topped-up at any time.

Admission sales can be configured to print tickets automatically once check-out is complete. IBIS can work with you to customise a ticket style to suit your printing and paper requirements.

If ticket validation is desired, tickets will be configured with a scannable code to suit your hardware preference. IBIS is compatible with most any gate / turnstile hardware allowing you the flexibility to choose the ideal solution for your requirements.

Your admission tickets can be configured with usage and validity rules so you can strictly control access. You can easily configure validation rules to manage usage for specific times, days of the week or special dates such as public holidays. You can also configure your tickets to be valid for multiple locations – such as a special exhibit rooms or even multiple attractions.

To efficiently control access for large groups, optional prompts at time of sale to determine how many tickets to print – single or individual.

PassholderPasses & membership

Easily sell multi-use passes or memberships – IBIS prompts you to enter customer details instantly at time of sale. Pass top-ups or renewals can be associated with new or existing membership cards with a quick scan. Easily record photos, family members and address details for your customers during purchase if desired.

All pass usage is validated and recorded against the card holders account letting you easily track customer usage.

Reporting

Extensive reporting in IBIS ensures it’s easy to view sales reconciliation reports. Reports can also summarise your sales by item, group, user, location and more. Your marketing team will love delving into the membership reporting – easily drill into membership sales by customer or by program.

Security

Every IBIS user is assigned a profile defining what screens they have access to when using the system. Optional PIN codes can be enabled for users sharing computers to ensure all sales are recorded under the correct user at time of sale. Functions such as refunds or returns can be also be password protected ensuring only authorised users can approve the transactions.

IBIS features a complete transaction history for every sale you put through the system ensuring IBIS is fully auditable.
